If you have received a message that your license key is invalid, you most likely have a leading or trailing space copied into the license key field. To avoid this, copy the key into a text editor like notepad before copying it into the license key field. This will make it easier to identify any extra spaces that are being picked up.
Once you’ve confirmed there are no spaces around the license key, if you are still receiving that error message, the license is most likely expired. Please respond advising when you were provided the key, and support will confirm with your customer advocate that another key can be released to you.
